Tirna Electronics has announced the availability of a more flexible version of its analogue filter module.

This 30mm by 20mm module now supports conventional, continuous time filters based on the Sallen and Key realisation of bi-quadratic stages.

Each module can support up to one eighth order low-pass or high-pass filter or two fourth order filters.

Band-pass and band-stop filters can also be realised by cascading high-pass and low-pass stages.

Butterworth, Bessel, Chebychev, Linear Phase and Gaussian responses can be realised by using free software, or Tirna can supply the filters designed, built and tested on a quick turnaround basis.

Modules may be used for bread-boarding or they may be soldered to, or plugged into, a PCB.
