With products ranging from secure server racks to compact boxes designed to accommodate RJ45 network connectors, the latest CaSys range of racks and enclosures from Sarel offers solutions for every VDI application.
Designers can, therefore use Sarel as a single source of supply, making enclosure specification easier, while reducing the administrative work involved in placing and progressing orders.
Principal products in Sarel's comprehensive CaSys range include: colocation server racks which offer between two and four completely independent secure compartments; standard server racks which are optionally available with integrated environmental monitoring systems; cabling racks which are designed to save space and allow rapid cabling; lightweight open-box 19in enclosures which are easily installed by a single person working alone; and compact soho boxes which house up to 36 network connectors.
Designed specifically to meet the needs of Internet service providers, Sarel's colocation server racks are supplied in 42U versions with depths of 800 and 1000mm.
In addition to secure accommodation for the server hardware, they also feature secure segregated cableways.
For server applications where colocation is not a prime requirement, standard CaSys server racks are offered in 24 and 42U versions with a choice of 800 or 1000mm depth, and 600 or 800mm width.
These racks can be fitted with systems to monitor temperature, humidity, smoke, vibration and water, and, like their colocation counterparts, they offer a high level of security.
CaSys cabling racks combine exceptional modularity with a wide choice of six sizes, from 24 to 47U.
All sizes incorporate easily removable side and rear panels, and they are supplied, as standard, with reversible glazed front doors.
For smaller installations, Sarel supplies CaSys open-box products in sizes up to 18U.
These lightweight racks are available with fixed or swinging chassis, and have an attractive glass front door with a key-operated lock.
Complementing these small racks, which are ideal for use in office environments, are CaSys Soho enclosures which provide secure and attractive accommodation for network and power connectors, and for small items of equipment.
