The new TPS series of power operational amplifiers is now available from Rhopoint Components and is manufactured by Thaler Corporation.

Available in TO-3 style packages these devices offer the designer a high power amplifier in a small package.

This series of amplifiers has Class A/B outputs which offer excellent linearity, while crossover distortion is as low as 0.004%.

The slew rate is a high 20V/us and the full power bandwidth is 350kHz.

The amplifiers can be driven as close as 1.2V to the supply rail and also have current foldover protection.

These devices are suitable for audio amplifiers, motor valve and actuator controls, magnetic deflection circuits and power transducers.
