Thaler VRE4100 series monolithic high-precision bandgap references are now available in seven different variants from Rhopoint Components.

Thaler VRE4100 series monolithic high-precision bandgap references are now available in seven different variants from Rhopoint Components.

These devices are designed to operate as a reference in 14, 16 and 18bit applications that require high accuracy over an extended temperature range.

The VRE4100 offers superior performance over standard chip references commonly found with data convertors.

The devices have five different output voltages - 1.024, 1.250, 2.048, 2.500, and 4.096V.

They operate over the industrial temperature range of from -40 to +85C, with a maximum temperature drift of only 1ppm/C.

Operating from a +5V supply, the reference's ultra stabilility is affirmed with an initial error of just 0.05% maximum.

The devices feature low noise of 2.2uV peak-peak and thermal hysteresis is also low at 20ppm.

Available in the industry standard SOIC-8 package, these devices have equivalents to many industry standard pinouts, but provide a higher performance over temperature.
