Rhopoint Components' range of precision wound resistors is composed of three models, the Econistor, the Miniohm and the Squaristor.

The three resistors all have a full load stability of +/-35ppm for 10kh and +/-50ppm for 26kh.

They are noninductively wound, with the direction of winding reversed at the half turn point.

The typical temperature coefficient is +/-3ppm/C between 0 and +85C whereas the maximum is +/-5ppm/C at -55 to +125C.

111 values, from 1ohm to 1Mohm, are available from stock.

Econistors are high precision resistors that provide excellent stability over temperature and time.

They are suitable for most analogue precision circuits, including grain setting, bridge balancing, voltage dividing and referencing.

In addition, special matching can be achieved between devices down to ratio tolerances of 0.0025%.

Similar in construction to the Econistor the Miniohm, is a more compact resistor, suitable for use in applications where space is at premium.

It offers the same special matching capacity as the Econistor.

The final model in the range is the Squaristor, a miniature precision wirewound resistor in a compact rectangular shape.

Specifically designed for PC board mounting, the Squaristor has radial leads and can be used in very high densities.

Like the other models in the wirewound resistors range, special matching is available on request.
