FRAM enhancements on show in Munich
Ramtron International will showcase its FRAM-enhanced processor companion, two new 512Kbit serial FRAM devices and a 1Mbit parallel FRAM at Electronica 2006.
Ramtron International Corp will showcase its new FRAM-enhanced FM3130 processor companion, two new 512Kbit serial FRAM devices, the FM25L512 and FM24C512, as well as the FM20L08, a 1Mbit parallel FRAM, at Electronica 2006 (Booth A5.321) Ramtron will also present at the show the VRS51L3074, the first FRAM-enhanced 8051-based microcontroller
