TCXOs suitable for microwave communications
A Rakon product story
Edited by the Electronicstalk editorial team Mar 28, 2011
Rakon's fully integrated RTX-A TCXOs are suitable for use in microwave communications, including ODUs and IDUs, LTE femtocells and smallcells, and IP timing.
Offering a typical phase noise of -154dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset for a 50MHz TCXO, the RTX7050A (7 x 5) and RTX5032A (5 x 3.2mm) employ an analogue IC for both the oscillator and temperature compensation.
Frequencies are available from 5 to 52MHz.
With frequency stability down to +/-0.1ppm, the RTX-A series is available over a temperature range of -40d to 85C.
