The introduction of the new ultraminiature PP series from PowerPax UK sees high capacity power supplies become even more compact without diminishing their performance or reliability.
As all types of equipment inevitably gets smaller with each new generation that is launched, PowerPax ensures that its power supplies stay in step by shedding size and weight while increasing the continuous output power capability.
By reducing component count and leaning more heavily towards a 100% surface mount process, price is also reduced to provide customers with that all important competitive edge.
The miniature PP series boasts a wide range input (90-264V AC), full international safety approvals, short-circuit protection, Overload protection and Overvoltage protection as well as high MTBF figures.
The series includes the PP15 range which offers up to 15W of continuous output power and measures just 54 x 44 x 26mm as well as the PP60 series which offers up to 60W (12V DC 5A continuous), housed in an attractive case measuring just 99 x 64 x 32mm.
