Work begins to merge AMIS operations
Acquisition brings together ON Semiconductor's leading standard products, operational excellence and manufacturing infrastructure with AMIS's substantial custom product portfolio.
ON Semiconductor Corp has completed its acquisition of AMIS Holdings, in a stock-for-stock merger.
