Low-noise amp aims
for C-Band applications
New from Ommic, the CGY2178UH is a low-noise very-high-gain amplifier for use in C-Band applications (5-6GHz)
The CGY2178UH achieves an excellent noise figure (1dB), matching (less than -15dB) and a high gain (30dB) in C-Band using a fully integrated amplifier with a simple and robust external input matching circuit. Operating from 3V and 40mA the CGY2178UH provides an output 1dB compression point of 15dBm and an output IP3 of 22dBm.
