Enclosures for desktop and wall-mounted systems

Metcase, the metal enclosures division of OKW, has launched the Unidesk range of aluminium terminal enclosures designed for medical and wellness equipment and test and measurement device applications.

The ergonomic sloping-front enclosures are designed for desktop and wall-mounted electronic systems.

Unidesk enclosures are manufactured from two die-cast aluminium end panels and extruded front and rear profiles.

The cases are supplied pre-assembled and painted in light grey, RAL 7035.

The base panel is removable and includes mounting points for fitting M3 PCB screw pillars.

Four non-slip rubber feet are included and an accessory wall-mounting kit is also offered.

Anodised aluminium front panels are offered as accessories and are suitable for mounting membrane keypads, push-button controls and display modules.

The cases are provided with both M3 and Torx T10 stainless steel fixing screws.

Unidesk enclosures can be sealed to IP54 protection class by using the four 'L'-shaped foam gaskets supplied for the front and base panel apertures.

OKW can supply these enclosures with additional holes for push-buttons, connectors and displays, and so on, plus silk-screen-printed legends and logos.

The cases can also be manufactured in different widths and painted in other colours.
