Command enclosures house machine controllers
Rolec's IP54 topVision command enclosures have been designed for housing large machine control systems
The topVision enclosures consist of a steel case body with a hinged front frame. The front frame is fitted with a recessed aluminium front panel, which is secured from the rear side. As there are no visible fixing screws, large membrane keypads or product labels can be easily fitted to the front panel.

Ten models are offered with external dimensions from 300 x 200 x 201 to 600 x 400 x 251mm.
These are powder coated light grey RAL 7035 and window grey RAL 7040.
The topVision enclosures can be mounted to one of Rolec's suspension arm systems.
Rolec will supply the case body predrilled to suit the arm coupling.
A tubular handle bar system can also be used to connect two cases together, for example, a large case for the display unit and a smaller case for the keyboard unit.
Five different types of locks are available for the hinged frame, and internal mounting plates for the system components are also offered.
Rolec offers a full customising service on these enclosures with CNC milling, drilling, silk-screen printing, assembly of cable glands and terminals and much more, providing a fully finished housing ready for fitting the components.
