New from Metcase is the stylish and robust Datamet range of aluminium enclosures for indoor wall-mounted electronics. Typical applications will include control units, measurement systems, medical equipment, safety and security systems, communication devices and machine controllers. Datamet enclosures consist of a die-cast front bezel which locates onto the folded aluminium case body and rear panel.
This three part assembly allows total access to the components and wiring during assembly and maintenance.
The rear panel includes mounting points for PCBs and chassis, plus three fixing holes for fixing the unit to a wall, or machine.
The under side of the case body can be used for mounting cable glands or connectors.
