The TGHG provides a four-terminal Kelvin connection to isolate the measurement path from the current flow path.

Ohmite's TGHG SOT-227 resistors are available in resistance values as low as 0.0005 ohm.

The noninductive, thick film power resistors, when used with the appropriate heatsink, are equally suited to high power current monitoring up to 100W.

The TGHG provides highly reliable, noninductive performance features a four-terminal Kelvin connection to isolate the measurement path from the current flow path.

The resistor has a nickel-plated copper heatsink with standard resistance values of 0.5mohm to 1ohm With resistance tolerances of 1%, the component can handle a pulse current up to 500A for 0.5s, depending on ohmic values.

Power rated at 100W at 70C case temperature, 50A permanent, the di-electric strength of the TGHG is 1000V DC.

The RoHS-compliant device has protection to IEC950/CSA22.2 950/M -89 and EN60950.88:2.

The ambient operating temperature range is -55C to +155C.
