Newgate Simms, in conjunction with Nye Lubricants, has launched a new range of Vacuum and Cleanroom lubricants for the electronics/semiconductor manufacturing industry

They are designed specifically for high-vacuum and cleanroom environments such as semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment, as well as flat-panel, solar-panel and LCD-manufacturing equipment.

The range of lubricants from the Nyetorr and Nyeclean line of products can improve the performance and extend the operating life of high-speed bearings, linear guides for motion control, vacuum pumps and many other components.

Nyetorr 5200 is a pennzane multiply alkylated cyclopentane (MAC) based grease thickened with PTFE, while Nyetorr 5300 is a PTFE-thickened perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease.

A chart compiling the products is available.
