SN100C (030) solder wire separates well
A Nihon Superior product story
Edited by the Electronicstalk editorial team Mar 4, 2009
Nihon Superior has brought out Extra Fine Solder Wire SN100C (030), which provides sharp spreading and good separation.
SN100C (030) is a lead-free extra-fine flux-cored solder wire suitable for fine pitch applications.
It is efficient and its good separation reduces bridging when soldering extra-fine coaxial harnessing in cell phones.
The SN100C alloy (Sn-0.7Cu-0.05Ni+Ge) has a diameter of only 0.1mm.
SN100C (030) inhibits growth of the intermetallic layer and low copper erosion.
Its highly ductile properties accommodate for strain on joints.
