Record quarter for Monterey
Monterey Design Systems has closed a record quarter as a result of expanded orders from existing customers and the addition of several new accounts
The proceeds will be used to finance the next stage of the company's development expanding the company's sales, distribution, and support organisations. This brings the total investment in the company up to $90 million. Participation included both previous and new investors. "As a new investor, we were particularly impressed with the level of commitment to Monterey voiced by their customers during the course of our extensive due diligence proceedings", said Douglas A.
Lindgren, a managing director in US Trust's Private Equity Division.
"The benefits of Monterey's solution in terms of scalability, productivity, and cost-savings were clear".
