Micromniature connectors run up to 6GHz
The MMCX series is a new range of microminiature connectors from Molex RF/Microwave
The connectors are ideal for use in space-critical applications from DC to 6GHz, such as wireless/PCS devices, telecommunications, GPS receivers and consumer electronics. Due to their miniature size the MMCX series offers the design engineer the benefits of board space savings combined with superior RF characteristics for high-density electronic packages.

In the medical industry, reliability of the electronics used is critical to the successful care and safety of the patient
This new series has been developed to meet the exacting requirements of CECC 22340 standard interface specifications for performance and intermateability.
Available in surface mount, edge mount or through hole PCB mounting configurations, all of the connectors in the series deliver -60dB RF leakage performance by utilising an outer conductor that is not slotted.
Straight and right angle plugs offer a 'snap-on' interface for miniature flexible and semi-rigid coaxial cable connection.
To satisfy the demands of modern production facilities, the MMCX series can be delivered in tape and reel packaging for high volume pick and place manufacturing.
Recognising that quality is at the heart of any good design, the MMCX series of connectors have been designed and are produced with quality controlled manufacturing processes thus ensuring precise part to part replication.
