Micralyne has purchased a manufacturing execution software system from Eyelit, a leading provider of collaborative production management solutions for manufacturing companies around the world. Micralyne's decision in purchasing the MES system stems from the record growth it has been experiencing. Major customer ramp-ups from development into volume production have increased demand over the last 6 months.

To keep up, over 50 new staff have been hired, increasing the employee base from 90 to 150, and three additional working shifts have been added.

'Micralyne was looking for a MES system to electronically track and gather data on our MEMS manufacturing processes'.

'We required a system simple enough to get up and running quickly, yet scalable to handle future growth'.

'After evaluating several packages we chose Eyelit because of its breadth of features, scalability, and flexible configuration capability'.

'Eyelit also has previous experience in MEMS implementations, which is important to Micralyne', stated Chris Lumb, President and CEO of Micralyne.

'Eyelit has become the clear choice for manufacturing companies looking to gain operational efficiencies and manage compliance in a cost-effective manner'.

'We are pleased to be selected by Micralyne and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship', said Sail Jain, CEO of Eyelit 'We are confident that our manufacturing solution will help Micralyne as they respond to ever-increasing demand for their products and services'.

'Not only will this system improve our internal efficiencies and help us manage our growth', concluded Lumb: 'it will allow us to better serve our customers who have very stringent manufacturing requirements whether they are in the life sciences, automotive, telecommunications or other industries that we serve'.
