Machine Vision Products (MVP) has set up its new Asian regional headquarters in Shanghai, China. "As the global manufacturing market focuses on China, many of our current key customers are locating manufacturing operations in the PR of China", states George Ayoub, PhD, MVP's president. "We have also been undertaking several new partnerships with companies either originating in China, or who have been developing manufacturing in the region".
The Shanghai office will serve as a key hub for MVP's Asian operations and as the foundation for the company's expansion across the Asian-Pacific, in co-operation with MVP's regional distributors.
The new office will be located at Jiahua Business Centre, 808 Hong Qiao Road, Shanghai, and will support MVP's current Asian support structure, serving as a regional centre for Asian support, and will include demonstration and training facilities.
This requisite regional development will meet the demands of the company's current customers as well as encourage the development of future growth in the region.
Ren Yang, Regional Manager for Asia-Pacific will lead the efforts in establishing this facility.
