Lumberg connectors target 3G/4G mobile networks

Targeting 3G/4G mobile network infrastructures, Lumberg has released connectors for applications that include base stations, antenna remote-control tilts (RET) and Tower Mounted Amplifiers (TMA).

They are compliant with Antenna Interface Standards Group (AISG) version 1.1/2.0 and IEC60130-9, and are IP67 rated, and salt-mist and UV resistant.

Sealed When Unmated (SWUM) versions are also available.

Lumberg offers eight- and six-pole versions as standard, with additional pin configurations on request.

The range includes circular connectors, chassis plugs, and socket and flange designs.

The roll-out of 3G systems accelerated the use of antenna line products with digital remote-control and monitoring facilities.
