Jauch Quartz has a new PECL oscillator with frequency ranges from 75 to 170MHz

Jauch Quartz has a new PECL (positive emitter coupled logic) oscillator with frequency ranges from 75 to 170MHz. The new device is housed in a six-pin ceramic/metal type package measuring only 7.5 x 5.0 x 2.0mm. Frequency stability is available as +/-25, +/-50 or +/-100ppm with maximum current consumption of 60mA.

Supply voltage is 3.3V (+/-5%) and typical rise and fall time is 1ns (20-80% Vp-p) Output voltage low is +1.7V and output voltage high is +2.2V.

Operating temperature range is -10 to + 70C.

Phase jitter is 1.0ps RMS (12-20kHz).

Frequencies include: 75.00, 100.0, 125.0, 133.33, 150.0, 155.52, 156.250, 159.375, 161.1328, 164.3555, 166.6286 and 166.667MHz.

Applications include Ethernet, Sonet and W-CDMA.
