Three new series of lower-cost automotive blade fuses extend the well-established series manufactured by Pudenz.

Three new series of lower-cost automotive blade fuses extend the well-established series manufactured by Wickmann Group company Pudenz.

All the fuses are rated at 32V, with rated currents of 5-30A (OF1), 5-40A (OF2) and 20-80A (OF3).

Printing, colour codes, characteristics and dimensions meet DIN72581-3 and ISO8820 standards.

The fuses are manufactured using a single stamping and punching process, as opposed to the more expensive method of welding together three separate pieces.

Melting elements and blades are of tinned zinc alloy.

Body material is of UL94V0 heat-resistant thermoplastic, colour coded to current rating for easy identification, and with transparent sections to allow the integrity of the fuses to be easily checked.

A range of PCB, inline and chassis-mount automotive fuse holders is also available.

Pudenz is a leading designer and manufacturer of fuses for the automotive industry and a major supplier to automotive and associated companies worldwide.
