Acquisition expands microwave capabilities
Labtech has purchased the assets of Filtronic Components' microwave components design and manufacturing facility located in Milton Keynes UK
The purchase allows Labtech, which employs 100 people, to extend its range of microwave manufacturing services to existing and new customers who operate in the defence, satellite comms and telecommunications markets. The Milton Keynes facility will be known as Labtech Microwave, which will be offering a range of passive and active microwave components, low noise and multi-octave amplifiers, multi-octave pin switches, DLVAs and multi-octave detectors.
