Reader and Nelson come onboard
Innos has appointed Dr Alec Reader and Professor Philip Nelson FREng to its board of directors.

Innos has appointed Dr Alec Reader and Professor Philip Nelson FREng to its board of directors. The appointment of Dr Alec Reader coincides with his promotion to the role of Sales and Marketing Director. Since bringing his 24 years experience in micro and nanoelectronics to Innos in late 2004, Dr Reader has been instrumental in delivering on Innos' commitment to bridging the gap between industry needs and academic expertise and firmly establishing its reputation for R and D expertise in the UK and near Europe.
Professor Philip Nelson was previously Director of the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research and was appointed Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Southampton this year.
He brings to Innos a proven pedigree in acoustics - currently serving as President of the International Commission for Acoustics - and an in-depth knowledge of creating industry sponsored research grants.
Andrew Monk, who this month celebrates his inaugural year as CEO of Innos comments: 'This year we have made large steps forward'.
