Chips and tools show set for Edinburgh and Reading
Chips and Tools UK 2005 will take place on 1st November at the Radisson SAS Hotel Edinburgh and on 8th November in at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre Reading.

The Chips and Tools conference and exhibition is focused on microcontrollers and microprocessors, development tools and operating systems. It is a platform for users of chips, tools and services to meet and communicate with leading manufacturers and distributors. Chips and Tools UK 2005 will take place on 1st November at the Radisson SAS Hotel Edinburgh and on 8th November in at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre Reading.
The conference papers are application and solution oriented, highly technical, but not academic.
The papers will target the following market segments: industrial, automotive, wireless, communications, consumer, computing and medical electronics.
Major topics of the Chips and Tools Conferences will include: microcontroller/microprocessor architectures and families; hardware and software development tools; real-time operating systems; embedded Internet/connectivity; processor-based FGPAs; and model based design.
The conference audience will be mainly design engineers, engineering management and other technical specialists.
The entrance fee for conference delegates (including conference CD, lunch, coffee and soft drinks) is GBP 90.00 (plus VAT); however, if you book before 21st October 2005 you will qualify for the early bird discount price of GBP 59.00 (plus VAT).
There will be a table-top exhibition during the conference.
The exhibitors will be vendors and distributors of microcontrollers and microprocessors, development tools and operating systems, system solutions and services.
