Ideal Power has a new ultra-low-profile 2.4kW power rack that fits a 1U-high 19in rack and at 294mm deep meets the ETSI industry standard The unit has been built to allow customers more space for other system electronics in networking, telecomms, networking and wireless basestation applications, with the unit available for bulk power to drive DC/DC convertors in DPA architectures

The UH48033-120 is an ultra-high-power half-brick module with 120A of delivered current for 3.3V output and 90% conversion efficiency.
It is also suited to hot-swap applications and N+1 redundant systems were the supply of DC power is critical.
The units are available in either 12, 24 or 48V DC outputs and have integral ORing diodes, active current sharing, LED status indicators and control monitoring signals as standard.
