The UH48033-120 is an ultra-high-power half-brick module with 120A of delivered current for 3.3V output and 90% conversion efficiency
New from Ideal Power, the UH48033-120 is an ultra-high-power half-brick module with 120A of delivered current for 3.3V output and 90% conversion efficiency. The new module was designed by applying patented buck-reset topology with the single-board, single-component side structure to get high efficiency, lower thermal resistance and an ultrahigh power rating.

The new module was designed to meet the increased power demand in the server computing and data communications field.
It provides onboard, multiple VRM/POL support for multiple processor systems with high power and high efficiency to cross a 36 to 75V input range.
Two additional output pins meet the new industrial standard double-pin pin asignment to allow high current delivery with lower I2R loss.
The module features a 2kV DC isolation rating between the primary to secondary that is designed to meet international safety standards, including EN60950 and CSA/UL60950, providing full protection functions such as overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection and input undervoltage lockout.
It offers an output-voltage trim facility that enables the output to be adjusted between 90 and 110% of nominal.
