Guttoriello aims for distribution expansion
Angelo Guttoriello is the new General Manager of Hammond Electronics
In his new role, Guttoriello will be responsible for all aspects of the company activities; his primary focus will be on building deeper relationships with the existing network of European distributors and further developing the distribution base geographically. His appointment marks a significant commitment to the continuing development of Hammond's European business.

Guttoriello's previous experience in design, applications, field service, sales, account and business management will be particularly helpful in his new role as General Manager.
With his solid background in technology and customer relations, Angelo will build on the company's existing strong position to further enhance customer value and deliver increased growth.
Prior to joining Hammond, Guttoriello was Business Manager at Asymtek, a fluid dispensing company for the electronics industry, having previously worked as a design engineer for various companies in the electronics sector.
The position has been created to enable Roger Kent, Managing Director, to withdraw from the day-to-day management of the European company to concentrate on strategic development within the group.
This year Hammond set up a new subsidiary in Adelaide, Australia; further geographic expansion in South East Asia is planned and a strong programme of new product development is also in hand.
