which range from standard and high-speed datalinks to completely custom circuits populated with Samtec's traditional connectors. The custom capabilities include single- and double-sided circuits and multilayer circuits. The maximum panel size is 300 x 450mm with tin, hard gold, nickel and HAL finishes.
Samtec currently offers 3mil line width/spaces.
Shielding is also available to limit EMI and ESI.
A variety of stiffeners may be added to reinforce the circuit for use with Samtec or customer-added interconnects.
The HFEM series of high-speed datalinks is available with a choice of shielded flex cable lengths and may be terminated with single-ended or differential pair connectors.
Double-sided mini-edge card datalinks can terminate to a variety of connector styles including vertical, right angle and edge mount designs.
"Paper doll" samples (e-files representing the fit and form of the design) are available within 24 to 48 hours.
Samples ship from the USA within 5 days of the design/ layout being approved.
