Fox Electronics, a supplier of frequency control products, now guarantees that the HCMOS version of its high-performance XpressO XO oscillators will be shipped within 24 hours for prototypes and within 10 days for production quantities. The XpressO family of oscillators was designed to benefit engineers and purchasing personnel needing high-quality, low-cost oscillators in a short timeframe.

The XpressO HCMOS version is particularly ideal for use in high-volume, consumer products such as digital and video cameras, radios, printers, VCRs, DVD players and computers.

Noise reducing DSM technology and proprietary low-noise architecture decrease jitter and phase noise in the 3.3V XpressO oscillator.

Its revolutionary design and application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) allow for accurate performance, decreased costs, shorter lead times and increased flexibility.

The XpressO HCMOS oscillators feature a frequency range from 1 MHz to 250 MHz and stabilities as tight as +/-20 ppm.

XpressO's ceramic package sizes are 7.5 x 5.0mm and 5.0 x 3.2mm.

Because pricing does not vary depending on package size, there is no penalty for purchasing a smaller package.

Pricing for XpressO oscillators will vary depending on the output, frequency and stability needed.

A 3.3V, +/-50 ppm, HCMOS, 50 MHz oscillator costs $0.62 each in quantities of 10,000.
