Compact power relay is a sensitive sort
The FTR-LY series of ultraslim power relays features high levels of sensitivity and insulation.
The FTR-LY series of ultraslim power relays features high levels of sensitivity and insulation.
The FTR-LY relay has a nominal coil power of 170mW and a contact rating of 250V AC, 6A.
It is designed with a minimum of piece parts and uses a coil terminal overmoulding technique to achieve its compact configuration and high reliability.
As a result, the FTR-LY is 58% the volume of Fujitsu's 8A, 220mW JS relay.
The FTR-LY has a 27.3 x 4.5mm footprint and 14.2mm height that occupies less than half (48%) the JS mounting space.
The FTR-LY has an electrical life of 50,000 operations at 250V AC, 6A resistive load (NO contact).
Other specifications include a 1000V dielectric strength between open contacts (4000V between coil and contacts), 6000V surge strength (1.2 x 50us) and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85C.
The FTR-LY features a minimum of 8mm creepage and clearance distance from coil to contact, which provides high-insulation properties that comply with VDE0700 standards.
The use of cadmium and lead free materials also meets the requirements per the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.
