Video frame grabbers with PC104 Plus standard
The PX series of frame grabbers from Firstsight Vision provide a flexible interface for capturing video into Linux-based machine-vision applications.
The PX series of frame grabbers from Firstsight Vision provide a flexible interface for capturing video into Linux-based machine-vision applications.
The PX200 series provides an entry-level standard video interface supporting monochrome, composite and Y/C colour capture.
Options include onboard trigger controller, Windows, Linux and QNX support.
For more demanding applications that need to interface to progressive scan and asynchronous machine vision cameras the PX610 precision frame grabber captures real-time video with a grey-scale noise of 0.8LSB and maximum pixel jitter of +/-3ns.
The PXD1000 board completes the range interfacing to digital area scan camera using the LVDS interface standard.
All products act as a bus master, handling data transfers while the main CPU is free to run other parts of your application or other applications.
Image data can be transferred to a buffer in main memory or directly to another PCI device.
Available in PC104 Plus, the boards also ship in compact and half-length PCI version.
