The Customer First website enables Fairchild's 50,000+ customers, channel partners and suppliers quick and easy access to "best in league" product and design information. The new web site is the delivery vehicle for a comprehensive series of integrated customer-centric applications including parametric and key word search, industry cross-reference, on-line design centers, product sampling and order tracking.
Most importantly, Customer First features an intuitive user interface that underscores Fairchild's commitment to "enable customers to conduct business with Fairchild in the manner of their preference".

Phase I of Fairchild's Customer First website provides customers, channel partners and suppliers with access to: online sampling and tracking; a parametric search tool; industry crossreferencing; encrypted Spice models and application block diagrams; and web content management.
