In the light of increasing customer demand, Exel, the global leader in supply chain management, has launched its environmental compliance solutions. The new business unit provides a range of services to assist businesses comply with the increasing raft of producer responsibility legislation, covering packaging, electrical goods and batteries. Environmental compliance solutions, which encompasses Exel's market leading Packaging Datastore and Packaging Management Group services, helps businesses to ensure compliance with environmental legislation, including the Waste Electrical and Electronics Directive (WEEE Directive) and Restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS) Directives.
