2001 Electronic Components has announced the availability of Amic Technology's 8Mx16 and 16Mx16 DDR DRAM products for industrial users.
The 128Mb and the 256Mb devices are available as x16 in a 66-pin TSOP2 package.
For more demanding environments, the user can also choose to use the full industrial specification, which will operate from -40C to +85C.
