UMD Technology acquires Dimensions Consulting
UMD Technology has acquired Silicon-Valley-based Dimensions Consulting in a deal that was finalised on 31st January 2006 and is the company's third acquisition since 2003
UMD's strategic array of semiconductor test consumable companies also includes Wells-CTI and DB Design. With the acquisition of the privately held DCI, UMD can now market a completely integrated set of test cell consumables. 'With the addition of DCI, UMD can now offer an integrated package and support its solutions worldwide from qualification to production'.
