DEK has restructured its business to provide customers with superior service while maintaining continuity. In an ongoing effort to optimise customer service, DEK has modified the sales and service channel from direct sales to distribution and has named Partnertec as its exclusive distributor in the Benelux region. Maurits van der Laken, Managing Director of Partnertec, has many years of DEK product experience and a thorough knowledge of the electronics manufacturing market.
With his unique approach to customer satisfaction, van der Laken will ensure that DEK customers continue to receive the market-leading service and attention they have come to expect.
Commenting on the change, Mike Besant, DEK General Manager, European sales and distribution, said: "This restructure will allow us to maintain our excellent customer service track record and meet emerging market needs".
Besant also explained that he expects this to be a seamless transition.
"Our customers remain our top priority and we guarantee the continuation of an efficient business routine.
DEK and Partnertec will provide customers with the quality, innovation and process enabling solutions they have always received".
