A graphical environment allows complex test and measurement applications to be developed using drag-and-drop tools that do not require a knowledge of programming to use
Measure Foundry 5.0 from Data Translation is a powerful application builder for test and measurement systems. Users can now easily and quickly combine various test and measurement instruments to create bigger and more powerful applications without writing code. The latest version offers open and complete support of all system standards including VISA and SCPI.

Measure Foundry 5.0 fulfils the promise of being able to build complex test and measurement applications without writing any code and opens up the user to the world of instruments through graphical means.
Other new features available in Measure Foundry 5.0 include:a VISA Script Component to send SCPI commands to any instrument on your system; a Process Component that allows the creation of automated test sequences; built-in text-based language allows programming ability for all mathematical and other requirements; 'One-Click' distribution to create Windows executables without programming; enhanced inspector tool to view your entire application at a glance; and key software components such as real-time crash safe Disk Recorder, real-time Scope, real-time Chart Recorder, real-time Spectrum Analyser.
Measure Foundry 5.0 is currently available in two versions.
Measure Foundry Base is a full-featured, powerful application builder that is the standard Measure Foundry.
Existing industry interfaces are supported through SCPI commands via the VISA transport layer.
Academic versions are available.
