Service role for Rodger
Gary Rodger has just been appointed as Service Co-Ordinator at production automation system specialist Contax.

Gary Rodger has just been appointed as Service Co-Ordinator at production automation system specialist Contax. Rodger will further strengthen the recently restructured customer service team, and ensure the smooth operation of the busy service desk. Rodger's role will encompass all aspects of scheduling service calls throughout UK, Ireland and Benelux.
He will be responsible for ensuring that incoming calls are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, and correctly allocating engineers according to their system specialities, availability and location.
Previously, Rodger was a service despatcher at Xerox Engineering Systems for nearly 6 years, working both at Newbury, Berkshire and Fareham in Hampshire.
