Cissoid has introduced a range of high-temperature 40V N-channel power Mosfet transistors operating from -55C up to +225C.

These devices - the CHT-NMOS4005, the CHT-NMOS4010 and the CHT-NMOS4020 - are rated respectively for 5A, 10A and 20A maximum drain current.

The CHT-NMOS40 power Mosfets exhibit high-temperature performances.

At 225C, the CHT-NMOS4005's gate leakage current remains below 500nA, while its drain-off current is as low as 10uA and its turn-on delay time is 30ns.

The on-resistance and input capacitance of the series range from 0.15ohms to 0.40ohms and from 460pF to 1.4nF respectively.

The CHT-NMOS40 range enables the design of any system requiring reliable power control in a harsh environment, including motor drivers, DC/DC converters, SMPS and inverters.

With the CHT-NMOS40, system designers can improve cost, reliability and weight while banning fluid cooling from their application, such as industrial process control, car battery chargers and aircraft actuators, according to the company.

The CHT-NMOS4005 and the CHT-NMOS4010 are available immediately for sampling and evaluation in a TO-254 Metal Can package.

Pricing starts at EUR201.40 (GBP180.40) for up to 200 units.
