The MiNT (mobile communications integrated tester) is a modular platform that incorporates: an RF conformance tester for GSM 850/900/1800/1900, GPRS and W-CDMA; a protocol conformance tester for W-CDMA based on the official 3GPP TTCN; a virtual tester for layers 2 and 3 of W-CDMA user equipment protocol stacks; and a W-CDMA network emulator for physical layer and protocols testing.
The new platform has been developed following the latest 3GPP test specifications and using state-of-the-art hardware and software tools, and provides modular products easy to maintain and upgrade.
Cetecom Spain's wide experience in conformance testing makes these tools very functional and easy to use, and support a lot of facilities to reduce testing and analysis time, such as automatic test report generation, ICS/IXIT handling, test cases mapping tools etc.
"This is a natural evolution of our conformance test systems business, where we have achieved an excellent reputation and market share.
