The TTC 2530 is a bench-mounted four-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine for printed circuit boards or electronic assemblies. The tabletop cleaner has a heated wash tank fitted with timed ultrasonics for removing the most stubborn flux residues. It will also clean off conformal coatings if the correct solvent is used.

The ultrasonics operate at a safe frequency of 40kHz.

PCBs are presented to the machine in a stainless-steel basket measuring 300 x 250mm.

The dip wash is followed by two rinse cycles, the first rinse is in mains tap water, and the second rinse is in deionised water to remove all minerals.

The fourth stage is a hot air drying tank with thermostatically controlled heaters and variable heat settings.

Any cleaning agent that is compatible with 316 stainless steel can be used in the TTC 2530.

Typical examples are Safewash and Prozone.

The cleaner works from a standard 13A mains socket, and each stage of the process is fully programmable.
