Brady has expanded its family of AquAlert branded products. The new B-354 AquAlert water indicating label material has been designed to provide clear evidence of water intrusion for control of invalid warranty claims, failure analysis, design assistance and service and repair troubleshooting. Developed by Brady, the new material is targeted at application areas where evidence of interference with water is critical, including, portable data devices, communications handsets, desktop processors and handheld games.

The B-354 AquAlert labels provide clear, permanent evidence of water contact and change permanently from white to bright blue during contact with any water-based solution.

Available blank or preprinted from Brady, the labels can be used with thermal transfer printers using Brady's R6200, R7961 and R4500 series ribbons.

They can also be supplied with covert and overt security features for authenticity and control, with custom indicating colours and designs provided on special request.

The labels are available in a variety of standard sizes and are engineered to withstand heat and humidity without any false indication.

With the addition of B-354 to Brady's wide offering of AquAlert products, customers have access to labels that serve a 'dual role' of both identification and water indicating, at a cost-effective price point.

Customers can also print on 100% of the label surface, a unique offering in the industry.

This enhancement to Brady's water-evident material gives customers the flexibility, the functionality, and the support expertise for a wide array of labelling solutions.

Brady's B-354 label material is RoHS compliant and is also UL969 recognised.

The B-354 AquAlert material is available immediately and a number of support tools have been provided.
