Series 39100-007 and 39100-011 unshielded Cat 6 UTP plugs manufactured by Stewart Connector Systems boast superior performance

Complementing the existing 39100-002 and 39100-004 series of Cat6 UTP plugs manufactured by Stewart Connector Systems, AX Distribution can now offer the superior performance 39100-007 and 39100-011 unshielded plugs. From an electrical performance level and cost standpoint, the 007 and 011 are the most advanced Cat6 UTP plugs available in today's market.

Since the development of Cat6 plugs, ease of assembly and consequent labour times has always been a talked about issue.

The new 007 and 011 overcome these problems by way of an integral strain relief boot locking to the load bar prior to insertion into the main body and keeps the conductors locked in place.

The boot, a unique feature in itself by being transparent comes complete with the plug and not sold separately like in the case of some other manufacturers.

Not only do the new versions offer labour saving benefits to the user but they also are available at significantly lower purchase prices than previous models.

On a performance level, the new design is showing a 95% pass rate (NEXT results available) with the belief that this could rise with gained experience and training.

This is far superior to the 70% often reported with other manufactured product.

Like all Stewart product, the 39100-007 and 39100-011 are UL recognised and are manufactured to the highest of quality standards.

As standard, the plug comes with electropolished 1.3um gold plated contacts and the patented design can accommodate both solid and stranded cable.
