Complimenting AX Distribution's existing range of testing and analysing equipment is the new member to the LanMaster family, the LanMaster 26 link tester.
The LanMaster 26 link tester, acclaimed as being the most advanced link tester in its class offers the benefits needed for link testing of the modern network at an affordable price.
Featuring gigabit over copper link testing capability as well as VoIP/PoE detection, the model 26 is the ideal tester for network managers running contrasting systems.
The model 26 detects VoIP and PoE ports when present and measures the voltage supplied under typical loading, providing warning indicators if voltage is inadequate.
The port ID feature identifies which port on a hub or switch is connected to each wall outlet by flashing the link light on the connected port, with the ability to detect and decode signals for 10/100/1000Mbit/s Ethernet.
In addition and without the need to run special software, the model 26 will identify speed and duplex mode of any 10/100/1000Base-TX, VoIP or PoE port.
Weighing only 114g and at only 170mm in length, the compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for quickly testing the LAN operation following the completion of a move, equipment addon or network change.
Supplied complete with a user guide, RJ45 coupler and 9V battery, the LanMaster 26 provides critical network connectivity and configuration information needed to maintain and troubleshoot a modern local area network.
