Aqueous defluxes, tests and cleans assemblies
Aqueous Technologies has introduced a full-service contract defluxing and cleanliness-testing service in its south-California facility.
Aqueous Technologies' Trident automatic defluxing equipment and zero-ion Resistivity of Solvent Extract (ROSE) testers are available for use on any assemblies.
Aqueous Technologies' defluxing equipment is capable of removing all flux types (RMA, no-clean, water soluble) from any type of assembly soldered with any type of alloy (lead-free or eutectic).
From a few assemblies to a few thousand assemblies, Aqueous Technologies provides thorough cleaning/defluxing and cleanliness-testing services.
Aqueous Technologies charges by the hour, despite the fact its defluxing equipment is among the fastest available.
DI water, defluxing chemicals and all labour are included in the price.
Aqueous Technologies also offers same-day service at no additional charge.
All defluxing services include sampled military and IPC-approved cleanliness testing utilising a Resistivity of Solvent Extract (ROSE) tester at no additional charge.
Aqueous also provides stand-alone contract cleanliness testing on a per-board basis.
Aqueous's cleanliness-testing equipment meets all military and IPC cleanliness-testing standards, including Mil STD 2000A and IPC-TM650.
