Anglia is now able to offer a comprehensive range of solid tantalum and multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) following its appointment as a distributor for Kemet. The deal represents a positive and significant step forward for both companies, with Anglia adding a leading edge product range to its portfolio, and Kemet being able to access a broader customer base through a distributor with well respected technical, logistics and customer service skills. Kemet is currently the largest manufacturer of solid tantalum capacitors in the world, with its MLCC products also being ranked in the top five.

In addition to the established range of Kemet products, Anglia will also be able to offer its customers a constant stream of innovative new components as they are launched.

Reflecting on the deal, Steve Rawlins, managing director of Anglia said: "Partnering with one of the world's biggest names in solid tantalum and MLCC products is a great step forward for us.

We are confident that Kemet's strong product range coupled with our own technical and customer service skills will yield impressive results for Kemet, Anglia, and our customers".
