The ADG1233 and ADG1234 single-pole double-throw switches operate with +/-12 or +/-15V supplies, and boast the industry's lowest capacitance and charge injection.

Manufactured on ADI's proprietary iCMOS (industrial CMOS) process technology, the ADG1233 and ADG1234 single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches operate with +/-12 or +/-15V supplies, delivering the industry's lowest capacitance and charge injection Their low off-capacitance (1.5pF) and charge injection (sub-1pC) make them ideal for data-acquisition and sample-and-hold applications that require low glitch and fast settling; their fast on/off switching speed (120/40ns); and their wide -3dB bandwidth (900MHz) make them well suited for video switching (external video buffers may be required)
