Alphasem has appointed Christian Ossmann as European Sales Manager to strengthen its position within the first level packaging market.

Alphasem has appointed Christian Ossmann as European Sales Manager to strengthen its position within the first level packaging market.

Within this new position Ossmann will implement a new structure for Sales and Service Support in Europe.

The goal is to improve the commitment to Alphasem's European customers.

Ossmann leads a team of sales and service personnel to support existing and new customer base in Europe.

Since April 2004 Christian Ossmann has been responsible for new die attach and MEMS assembly solutions in his function as Business Development Manager at Alphasem.

Before joining Alphasem he teamed for more than 6 years with a leading MEMS and front-end equipment manufacturer.

During this time he had several MEMS related functions including Director of Micro Optics Production and Manager of MEMS Business Development.
